Canceling an Order

If something changes and you need to cancel your Affordable Trophies order, you may do so anytime before issuing payment with no penalty. However, once payment has been made, we will have started the process of putting your order into our production queue and may start building it at any time; therefore, we have to charge a cancellation fee to cancel your order if you do so after you have issued your payment.

Once your order ships out, if you decide that you would like to cancel your order, you will have to follow our return policy. Written permission must be obtained before attempting to return any merchandise. The request for a return must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Engraving and shipping are not refundable under any circumstances. Merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was sent.

Tip to Save Time and Money – Shipping Directly to Your Winner

If shipping to a third party, be sure they know to expect the package from us. UPS will not re-ship for free, so even though it might be a nice surprise to send your winner his trophy without telling him, it will cost double shipping if he rejects the shipment because he didn’t order it and you have to have it shipped again.
